A city built in the clouds on the mountain known as Machu Picchu and was abandoned by the Incas. Machu Picchu is situated 7000 ft. above the sea level, on a small hilltop in betweenperu the Andean Mountain Range and the Urabamba Valley below. As per estimate of the archaeologists, around 1200 people could have lived in that area; while many others hypothesize that it was recoil for Incan rulers. One of the most crucial things about Peru’s Machu Picchu is the intihuatana, a column of stone rising from a block of stone with the size of a grand piano. It basically means for tying the sun.
However, there are numerous wonders of the world that can’t be included in the seven wonders. These wonders are enclosed in different other categories such as wonders of the industrial world, forgotten world, wonders of the ancient world, wonders of the medieval world, wonders of the modern world and even natural wonders of the world.
All these are basically man-made creations which are located in different parts of the world have a very spectacular sight. All these beautiful sights have to be seen to be enjoyed thoroughly.
